I was born in Los Angeles, the unceded Tongva, Chumash, and Kizh land of the West coast of this continent, and I now live in NYC, on Munsee Lenape / Lenapehoking land, with my partner and our very small cat (1 seen above, both often featured on my currently mostly retired Instagram). I luv them.

I spend my moments thinking (a lot, help), meditating, reading, writing, working my recovery, opening too many tabs, journaling, complaining about NYC, longing for a moment in nature, annoying my plants, listening to Dharma talks, and eating. I also obv love a good TV veg-out moment (please someone make a Love Island podcast with meeeee), and I am usually enrolled in some course or another.
